How to export your Productboard notes into a CSV

Here's how to move notes from Productboard to CustomerIQ

Step 1: Create a folder for your notes

  1. Go to your folders page and update or create a new folder

  2. If you'd like your Productboard notes to remain as-is, make sure the folder's AI settings are toggled OFF

Step 2: Export notes from Productboard

Step 3: Import notes to your folder
