Tracking topics

How to use the topic search filter to include or remove topics from view

Last updated 11 months ago

In any view, add a filter > Topic

Type your topic into the field and apply.

As new highlights enter view they will continue to filter by this term, allowing you to track mentions over time.

Excluding topics

In some cases, like when tracking feature requests from sales calls, it can be helpful to exclude topics from views.

Do this by going to Filter > Topic > Is NOT > [Your topic]

This has the opposite effect as a typical topic search, where it will exclude any highlight semantically similar to the topic you entered.

You can add as many combinations of positive or negative topic searches as you'd like to any view.
