Discover top pain points

How to use a view to discover pain points

You can quickly discover customer or user pain points from your data by using views, filters, and the discover feature.

  1. Go to Views and click "New View"

  2. Select filter

  3. Add condition

  4. Category = Pain point

  5. Apply

  6. Discover

After the discover analysis is complete, the view will group by tags which should summarize the top pain points in view.
