Step 1: Connect your CRM

Connecting your CRM = being showered with love by your whole team

The best way to get a promotion is to connect your CRM to CustomerIQ (we're only half kidding).

With your CRM connected you can enrich any field, from open-ended text fields to drop downs, with answers found by CustomerIQ's AI. Here's how to start:

Connect your CRM

  1. Go to Apps & Integrations from your Settings page

  2. Click configure next to your CRM

    1. HubSpot

    2. Salesforce (coming soon)

What to expect

After connecting your CRM you'll notice CustomerIQ set to integrate a number of objects:

  1. Emails

  2. Calls

  3. Notes

  4. Tickets

As these objects sync with your CRM they will also be analyze in CustomerIQ. Moving forward, any notable highlights from logged emails for example, will show in CustomerIQ

CustomerIQ uses these highlights to find and write back valuable data to your CRM. To do this, we need to tell the AI what to look for. We do this with properties...
