  • Inbox: Your emails are automatically categorized according to your workspace email categories

  • Draft replies: You can opt to have CustomerIQ's agent, Quinn, draft replies to important emails in your tone and style

  • Draft follow-ups: You can opt to have Quinn draft follow-ups to conversations that need a nudge

  • Meeting follow-ups: Quinn will draft meeting follow-up emails after every meeting

  • CRM object planning approvals: After conversations CustomerIQ will recommend which records to create, update, and assign. You will be notified to approve any actions that require approval.
