Follow these steps to migrate data from Dovetail to CustomerIQ

Step 1: Create folder(s) for Dovetail data

  • Go to your folders page and update or create folders where you'll store your Dovetail data

  • If you're uploading transcripts, we recommend keeping the highlights extraction feature on

  • If you're uploading already processed data, like highlights, we recommend turning the insight extraction feature OFF. For this reason it might make sense to create 2 folders and reference them both in Views.

Step 2: Download project data

Step 3: Import data to your CustomerIQ folder

Use the CSV import modal to map your Dovetail data to CustomerIQ. If you need help, follow this guide:
