Notetaking and CRM data entry

After your next call make sure to review the summary notes and contact fields CustomerIQ automated for you. These will be automatically synced as notes and properties in your CRM. Hooray automation!

Pre-Meeting Research

After a few calls with contacts from the same account head over to the account page and ask the AI to "Catch me up on the main pain points here." Watch as your AI Assistant answers any question related to past conversations with this account (across meetings, emails, and tickets).

Sales/CS Handoff

As you're closing your next deal, head over to that account, go to the "Docs" tab, and click "Sales/CS Handoff Doc. This template creates a helpful handoff document from the sales to CS team based on notes taken in past calls.
