Step 4: Invite your team

Invite your teammates to collaborate workspace

Invite anyone in your business to your workspace from Settings > Members.

Our vision at CustomerIQ is to align every team with your customer. Collaboration is at the heart of what we're building. Product, marketing, support, and sales all revolve around customer feedback.

Note: On the free plan, all users are admins and subsequently have full access to the workspace. If you want admin-controls and to invite view-only users, you can do so with any of our paid plans.

Invite new workspace members

You can invite new members by selecting "Invite people" on the workspace members page (https://app.getcustomeriq.com/settings/members)

Note: All members on the free plan are admins. If you'd like to create view-only, editor, and admin roles, you need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Managing workspace members

You can add, remove, and edit permissions of workspace members on the workspace settings > members page (https://app.getcustomeriq.com/settings/members).

You can quickly adjust permissions to any doc by clicking the dropdown and selecting the doc.

Managing requests to join the workspace

When members without workspace access land on a workspace page (views, folders, customer records, etc.) they can request access to the workspace.

Sharing a doc

You can manage access to any doc through its share modal (just like Google docs)

Every member with access to the doc will be listed on the doc share modal. Admins and editors can adjust permissions for any user or invite new users.

Invite a new user by typing in their email to "Add people" field.
