Step 2: Connect your CRM and set your properties
Properties determine what the AI should look for in submissions
With your CRM connected you can enrich any field, from open-ended text fields to drop downs, with answers found by CustomerIQ's AI. Here's how to start:

Go to Apps & Integrations from your Settings page
Click configure next to your CRM

How to configure properties

With your CRM connected, you're read to configure properties to be filled by CustomerIQ.
From your connected CRM > Configure > Scroll down to property configuration
First setup account properties:
Select any property you want updated by CustomerIQ
From the property dropdown you can:
Update the description: this steers the AI to find the right data, so be clear and concise
Toggle if new values should overwrite existing values
The description is what guides the AI to find the right data, so make this as specific as possible.
Next, repeat this step for contact properties and deal/opportunity properties
That's it! You're now setup to automate 100% of your team's data entry
