How to import G2 reviews to a folder

Automatically import G2 reviews for your company by adding the G2 Id to a connection and selecting 'Done.'

Get your G2 page ID

Go to your G2 page (or any G2 page) and copy the ID in the page URL like so:

In this case, the ID for Slack is slack

Copy/paste this ID into your G2 settings connection.

Add as many connections as you'd like. For example, we've added the ID for Microsoft Teams here as well so we can compare insights between the two:

Paste ID into new connection

Each connection will deposit reviews into a unique folder. You can mix and match these folders later in Views.

When you're finished, select "done" and CustomerIQ will start importing your reviews.
