Note on Responsibilities: This field gives the object planner context into which tickets should be assigned to which users. Make sure to describe here the responsibilites of this particular user with the proper context for the AI to determine the best-fit tickets. For example: "Route any technical requests related to workspace settings to Brian, he manages all customer requests"

Masquerade as users

Admins can also masquerade as any user in order to help users configure their settings and make for smoother user-management across the organization.

When masquerading as a user, you are effectively acting as that user - so be diligent in what actions are taken and make sure to stop masquerading as user when your work is finished.
