Manage Notifications with the Inbox

The inbox is where you can quickly review all proposed actions by the CustomerIQ object planner

Whenever CustomerIQ needs you to approve changes to records in CustomerIQ and your CRM, you get a notification.

Notifications and approvals can be quickly managed in the notification inbox.

Whether you get notifications immediately, batched, or daily, you can tab through and accept, edit, or reject changes periodically and they will be reflected in your system of record.
