# Manage Notifications with the Inbox

Whenever CustomerIQ needs you to approve changes to records in CustomerIQ and your CRM, you get a notification.

Notifications and approvals can be quickly managed in the notification inbox.

Whether you get [notifications](https://help.getcustomeriq.com/start-guide/user-setup-guide/notification-settings) immediately, batched, or daily, you can tab through and accept, edit, or reject changes periodically and they will be reflected in your system of record.
